The Magic of Reading
with Ben Franklin
is a world-class school assembly program designed to enlighten children and inspire them to acquire a love of knowledge, a love of reading that will last forever. Come learn the secrets of one of the world's best and most famous readers, Benjamin Franklin, as he discusses his life and achievements, and explains how to improve reading habits.
"From a child I was fond of reading, and all the little money that came into my hands was ever laid out in books."
Many children become part of the program as Ben challenges them to remember everything he says--and rewards them when they do!
The program concludes with a reenactment of a scientific experiment Ben actually performed. Everyone learns, everyone has fun.
